GDPR

Last updated: April 2026

Fanrush is committed to handling personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. This page summarises your rights and how to exercise them.

Data controller

Fanrush is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are a business registered in England and Wales. You can contact us at hello@fanrush.io.

What we process and why

See our privacy policy for the categories of personal data we collect and the purposes for which we use them. In short, the only personal data we currently collect is what you submit through the contact form, and we use it to respond to your enquiry.

Lawful basis

We rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR:

  • Consent — when you submit our contact form.
  • Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries about our business and to keep records of correspondence.

Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Right to be informed — you can find out what we do with your data on this page and in our privacy policy.
  • Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your personal data where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it.
  • Right to restrict processing — you can ask us to suspend processing your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability — you can ask us to transfer your data to you or another controller in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Right to object — you can object to our processing where we rely on legitimate interests.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

How to exercise your rights

To make a request, email hello@fanrush.io or use our contact form. We will respond within one month, as required by the UK GDPR. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Complaints

We hope to resolve any concerns directly. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator.

International transfers

Where any of our service providers process data outside the UK, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent mechanisms recognised under the UK GDPR.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
